CABIN ACCOMMODATION

DELUXE STATEROOMS  – Accommodation are in a designer stateroom on the main deck (Beagle) featuring panoramic windows with expansive un-obstructed views. Twin beds convert to a king size bed; for a single, double, and triple accommodations with a pullman berth. Two sets of cabins have a connecting door, ideal for a family of four or five.

SUITES – feature two deluxe staterooms joined by a connecting door with his and hers bathrooms, a bedroom with a king size bed or two twins and a separate lounge area with an ocean-front view. Additional amenities include an upgrade to premium brands of beverages (excluding champagne), Premium seats on the flights to the Galapagos (subject to availability), free laundry service, and welcome gifts.  SUITES may not be available on festive or family departures.

Cabin amenities – a vanity and lighted mirror, sectional closet with drawers, flat-screen TV with pre-loaded movies, universal docking station, USB, clock, safety deposit box, individual climate control, memory foam mattress, reading lights, blackout curtains, Nespresso machine and tea kettle, pair of binoculars, and refillable water bottle. The bathrooms are modern and bright with a walk-in rainfall shower. Guests are provided with plush towels, bathrobes, slippers, a hairdryer, a vanity kit, refillable dispensers of bio-degradable soap and shampoo, body wash, and lotion.

CRUISE RATES do not INCLUDE

  • International Airfare to Ecuador – you must arrive to Quito or Guayaquil the day prior to the cruise
  • Hotel accommodation in Ecuador the night before your cruise – we can assist you with reservations
  • Airfare from Quito or Guayaquil to Galapagos – confirmed through our allotment of seats with Avianca
  • Galapagos Park entrance fee (park tax) – $100 for adults $50 for children 11 and under
  • INGALA fee of $20 per person for a TCT card to control migration to the islands
  • Gratuities for the guides and crew – the suggested amount is $300-350 per guest per week
  • Purchases from the bar for premium brands of wine and spirits not included in the open bar policy
  • Laundry service – available Monday to Friday and limited to five items per cabin per day
  • Travel Insurance – CFAR is recommended to protect your travel investment from cancellation or delay

Child and teen discounts

Children and teens age 17 years and younger at the time of sailing are entitled to a 15% discount off the cruise rate. Children age 11 and under get a reduced rate on the airfare and the park entrance fee with proof of age and a photocopy of the child’s passport showing the date of birth. Designated family departures are offered during all school breaks on at least one of the three identical yachts.  Children under the age of 6 are only permitted on an exclusive charter basis.

Restrictions on child discounts

We allow one child discount per every adult fare with a limit of two per family. Ecoventura may limit the total number of child discounts permitted on any one departure. Children under 18 years must be accompanied by an adult. No child discounts are given on Festive departures.

Festive weeks (Christmas and New Years)

There is a holiday supplement of $500 per person or a flat rate of $10,000 on charters on festive departures that fall over Christmas and New Years Eve.

No discounts are available, including child and teen discounts. The single rate has a 100% supplement. Terms for deposits and cancellations during holiday weeks differ from the rest of the year.

7 day/ 6 night cruise option (Sunday to Saturday)

Passengers can disembark on Saturday in Baltra for a shorter, 6-night cruise on itinerary A or B.  However, there is no discount off the 7-night cruise rate to disembark early from the cruise. For guests who require a private transfer to the airport with a guide, there is an additional charge of $50 per person (max $200). The return flight from Baltra has a surcharge of $30 per person and is subject to availability. Confirmation is requested at the time of booking.

Holiday weeks

There is a supplement of $500 per person or a flat rate of $10,000 on charters for festive departures that fall over Christmas and New Year’s Eve.

No discounts are available, including child and teen discounts. The single rate has a 100% supplement.  Terms for deposits and cancellations during holiday weeks differ from the rest of the year.

7 day/ 6 night cruise option (Sun to Sat)

Passengers can disembark on Saturday in Baltra for a shorter, 6-night cruise. 

However, there is no discount on the cruise rate to disembark early from the cruise.  For guests who require a private transfer to the airport, there is an additional charge of $50 per person (max $200).  The return flight from Baltra has a surcharge of $30 per person, is subject to availability and confirmation is requested at the time of booking. 

Two weeks back to back – itinerary A & B or B & A

Combine both itineraries A and B for an exciting two-week comprehensive itinerary visiting the entire archipelago.  You will not repeat any visits twice.  Get 5% discount on the second week, excluding holidays.

Two week combination with Galapagos Sky dive liveaboard

Book one week on the Origin-Theory-Evolve and one week on the Galapagos Sky back to back. Get 5% discount excluding holidays, and this cannot be combined with any other discount.

2024 Cancellation policy – Cancellations received up to 90 days prior to departure will be refunded in full except for 50% of the deposit; 89-60 days prior to departure, 100% of the deposit will be forfeited, 59-0 days prior to departure, the entire cruise rate is forfeited.

2025 Cancellation policy – Cancellations received up to 120 days prior to departure will be refunded in full except for 50% of the deposit; 119-90 days prior to departure, 100% of the deposit will be forfeited, 89-0 days prior to departure, the entire cruise rate is forfeited.

Deposits – A deposit of $20,000 is due to guarantee the charter. A second deposit of $20,000 is due 180 days prior to departure to guarantee all cabins. Final payment is due 60 days prior to departure (90 days for  bookings in 2025) together with passport information and cabin assignment.

Cancellation of charter policy –

Cancellations received up to 360 days prior to departure will be refunded in full except for 25% of the deposit.

359-270 days prior to departure, cancellation incurs penalty of 50% of the deposits

269-180 days prior to departure, cancellation incurs penalty of 75% of the deposits

179-150 days prior to departure, cancellation incurs penalty of 100% of the first deposit

149-120 days prior to departure, cancellation incurs a penalty of 75% of the first and second deposits.

119-60 days prior to departure, (119-90 days prior in 2025) cancellation incurs a penalty of 100% of the first and second deposits.

59-0 days of departure (89-9 days prior in 2025) cancellation incurs full penalty.

Cancellation policy – Cancellations received up to 360 days prior to departure will be refunded in full except for 50% of the deposit; 359-90 days prior to departure (359-120 days prior for bookings in 2025) 100% of the deposit will be forfeited, 89-0 days prior to departure (119-0 days prior for bookings in 2025), the entire cruise rate is forfeited.

CHARTER Terms – FESTIVE

A non-refundable non-transferable deposit of $40,000 for holiday weeks is due to guarantee the charter. A second non-refundable non-transferable deposit of $40,000 is due 365 days prior to departure to guarantee the charter. Final payment is due in full 90 days (120 days for bookings in 2025) prior to departure.
