Cabin amenities include  – A vanity and lighted mirror, sectional closet with drawers, flat screen TV with pre-loaded movies, universal docking station, USB, clock, safety deposit box, individual climate control, memory foam mattress, reading lights, blackout curtains, Nespresso machine and tea kettle, pair of binoculars, and reusable metal water bottle.  Bathrooms are modern and bright with a walk-in rainfall shower.  Guests are provided with plush towels, bathrobes, slippers, hair dryer, a vanity kit, refillable dispensers of bio-degradable soap and shampoo, body wash and lotion.

  • International Airfare to Ecuador – you must arrive in Quito or Guayaquil the day prior to the cruise
  • Hotel accommodation in Ecuador the night before your cruise – we can assist with your reservation
  • Airfare from Quito or Guayaquil to Galapagos – your flight is confirmed through our allotment of seats with Avianca on Sunday to San Cristobal (SCY) 
  • Upgrade to a business class seat for $114 per person round trip.
  • Galapagos Park entrance fee (park tax) – $100 for adults $50 for children 11 and under
  • Migration control Transit card (TCT or INGALA) fee $20 per person 
  • Gratuities to guides and crew – the suggested amount is $300-350 per guest per week
  • Purchases from the bar for premium brands of wine and spirits not included in the open bar policy
  • Laundry service – available Monday to Friday and limited to five items per cabin per day
  • Travel Insurance – CFAR is recommended protecting your travel investment in case of cancellation or delays
  • Cost for PCR tests to enter Galapagos and to return to your country of origin
  • For Purchases on board, we accept cash (US Dollars), Master Card and VISA

Holiday weeks

There is a supplement of $500 per person or $10,000 on charters

No discounts are available including child and teen discounts. The single rate has 100% supplement.  Terms for deposits and cancellation during holiday weeks are different from the rest of the year.

7 day/ 6 night cruise option (Sun to Sat)

Passengers can disembark on Saturday in Baltra for a shorter, 6-night cruise. 

On seasonal departure dates only (Sep 1 to Nov 1), there is a discount of 10% given when guests disembark after breakfast and this cannot be combined with any other promotional or child/teen discount. On peak weeks (Nov 1 to Sept 1), passengers may disembark on Saturday, but there is no discount.  For guests who require a private transfer to the airport, there is an additional charge of $50 per person (max $200).  The return flight from Baltra has a surcharge of $27 per person, is subject to availability and confirmation is requested at the time of booking. 

Two weeks back to back – itinerary A & B combined

Book two consecutive weeks back-to-back and take 5% discount on the second week only.

Take 5% discount when booked in combination with one week on Sky back to back.

B2B discounts cannot be combined with any other discount and does not apply to holiday weeks.

Child and teen discounts

Children age 17 years and younger at the time of sailing are entitled to a 15% discount off the cruise rate. Children age 11 and under have 30% discount on airfare and the park entrance fee is $50 with proof of age and a copy of the child’s passport showing date of birth. Children age 5 and under are not accepted unless the parents or legal guardians sign a hold harmless release.  Designated family and family teen departures are offered during school breaks. Children age 4 and under are  permitted on private charter only. 

Restrictions on child discounts – We allow one child discount per every adult fare with a limit of two per family. Ecoventura may limit the total number of child discounts permitted on any one departure.  Children under 18 years must be accompanied by an adult.  No child discounts are given on holiday weeks.
Child and teen discount will be 15% for age 17 and under.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

All reservations are subject to cancellation if payments are not received in our account by the due date
There is a service charge of $100 per person for airline tickets to Galapagos canceled 30-60 days prior to departure and there is no refund for the airfare, park entrance fee or transit card if canceled 29 days or less prior to departure.

Individual Booking Terms (1-5 passengers)

Deposits – A deposit of $750 per person and $1500 for singles is required within five days of written confirmation to guarantee any reservation
Final payment – Full payment is due 60 days prior to the sailing date and must be accompanied with a passenger information form
Cancellation policy – Cancellations received up to 90 days prior to departure will be refunded in full except for 50% of the deposit
89-60 days prior to departure, 100% of the deposit will be forfeited
59-0 days prior to departure, the entire cruise rate is forfeited

Small Group booking Terms (3 or more cabins)

Deposits –  A deposit of $750 per person and $1500 for singles is required within five days of written confirmation to guarantee any reservation.  In addition, a second deposit of $750 per person and $1500 for singles is due 180 days prior to departure
Final payment – Full payment is due 60 days prior to the sailing date and must be accompanied with a passenger information form.
Cancellation policy – Cancellations received up to 180 days prior to departure will be refunded except for 50% of the first deposit.
179-150 days prior to departure  – Cancellations incurs a penalty of 100% of the first deposit
149-120 days prior to departure  – Cancellation incurs a penalty of 100% of the first and 50% of the second deposit.
119-60 days prior to departure – any cancellation incurs a penalty of  100% of both deposits.
59-0 days prior to departure – any cancellation is subject to a full forfeiture of the amount paid.

CHARTER Terms 

Deposits – A deposit of $15,000 is due to guarantee the charter.  A second deposit of $15,000 is due 180 days prior to departure to guarantee all cabins.  Final payment is due in full at 60 days prior to departure together with passenger information forms and cabin assignment.
Cancellation of charter policy – Cancellations received up to 360 days prior to departure will be refunded in full except for 25% of the deposit.
359-270 days prior to departure, cancellation incurs penalty of 50% of the deposit
269-180 days prior to departure, cancellation incurs penalty of 75% of the deposit
179-150 days prior to departure, cancellation incurs penalty of 100% first deposit.
149-120 days prior to departure, cancellation incurs penalty of 100% first deposit and 50% of second deposit.
119-60 days prior to departure, cancellation incurs penalty of 100% of the first and second deposits.
59-0 days of departure cancellation incurs full penalty.

Reduction of cabins on charters – The number of cabins blocked for a charter can be reduced.  However, a schedule to release cabins back without penalty must be agreed upon in writing at the time of the booking to be valid.

TERMS & CONDITIONS on FESTIVE (that fall over Christmas and New Years)

Individual Booking Terms (1-5 passengers) – FESTIVE

Deposits – A deposit of $1500 per person ($3000 for singles) is required within five days of written confirmation to guarantee any reservation.
 Final payment – Full payment is due 90 days prior to the sailing date and must be accompanied with a passenger information form.
 Cancellation Policy – Cancellations received up to 360 days prior to departure will be refunded in full except for 50% of the deposit; 359-90 days prior to departure 100% of the deposit will be forfeited, 89-0 days prior to departure, the entire cruise rate is forfeited.

Small Group booking Terms (3 or more cabins) – FESTIVE

 Deposits & Final payment – same as above. In addition, a second deposit of $1500 per person and $3000 for singles is due 360 days prior to departure.
 Cancellation Policy – Cancellations received up to 360 days prior to departure will be refunded in full except for 50% of the deposit.
359-90 days prior to departure – any cancellation is subject to a penalty of 100% of the deposits.
89-0 days prior to departure – full penalty for any cancellation

 CHARTER Terms – FESTIVE

 A non-refundable non-transferable deposit of $30,000 for holiday weeks is due to guarantee the charter.  A second non-refundable non-transferable deposit of $30,000 is due 365 days prior to departure to guarantee all cabins. Final payment is due in full 90 days prior to departure together with passenger information forms and cabin assignment.
