The end of 2015 has been a whirlwind of excitement as we celebrate the holidays onboard with our guests and prepare for the launch of our newest yacht, MV Origin in 2016!

Fresh seafood is one of the delicacies Ecuador is known for. Ceviche is a favorite of the locals, and our chefs know how to prepare some of the best! Recently our ceviche recipe was entered into a contest as a top recipe from Ecuador.
