Born and raised in Guayaquil, she studied Tourism and Hotel Management at Universidad Espiritu Santo, then she obtained a Master’s Degree in Business Tourism, Event Organization and Protocol at OSTELEA Tourism Management School at Barcelona, Spain. Her experience and passion for customer service brought her to join the Ecoventura team where now she is responsible for assisting guests and Travel Agents in all or their needs before exploring the enchanted Islands.
